When you have registered, I will send you via e-mail or post, confirmation of your booking that also includes the Indemnity form. You must complete and sign this form before starting the tour. Don't forget - your confirmation of booking will get you a 20% reduction at the FAHRRADSTATION bike rental centre!

Please give me your t-shirt size at least 1 week before (if you wish to receive it on the day)
Sizes are – S, M, L and XL (state whether for man or for woman)
I would suggest that we meet for a brief introduction, on the day before the tour.
The venue for this would either be around Potsdamer Platz or otherwise at the bike rental shop, if you chose to rent a bike for the tour.
Please note that you should complete the contract/indemnity form that I will send to you once you have registered and bring it with you (SIGNED) either on the day or at the pre-tour meet.
You will not be allowed to join the tour until you have completed this form.
The content of the form is to confirm that you accept the risks associated with undertaking this tour; declaring some basic information regarding yourself (name, address, nationality, allergies/special physical condition); also declaring your agreement to respect the rules of the road in Germany. It's important to note that in signing this form, you accept the rules and conditions of this tour.
TERMS & CONDTIONS
1. This is not a race and the pace of the ride will be dictated by the Tour organiser, in order to suit the ability of every rider.
2. It is your responsibility to provide suitable clothing for this tour - see section on Clothing/Kit.
3. It is your responsibility to be at the start point on time. If you are unable to do so, then you should contact me. Failure to do so could result in the tour starting without you. In this case no reimbursment of costs are applicable.
4. Although a cycling helmet is not compulsary in Germany, it is for safety sake recommended. Choosing to ride without one is at your own risk. If you choose to use a rental bike, then helmets are available from FAHRRADSTATION cycle hire centres.
5. The tour leader reserve the right to prevent a rider from joining the tour with their own bike, if it is considered unsafe or unsuitable. If you are intending to use your own bike and are unsure of this, please contact me before, to avoid disappointment.
6. You should be in a good state of health and have a level of fitness suitable for a ride of this nature and duration.
7. Any conditions of health likely to have an impact on a tour of this nature should be declared when registering. If you are in any doubt then you should consult your doctor for advise.
Cancellation and reimbursement:
8. No reimbursement of costs are applicable if you choose to withdraw during the tour.
9. If the weather conditions are such that the tour is no longer able to safely proceed, then the decision to abort will be made by the tour leader. If this occurs before the half way point (Kladow) then a full reimbursement will be made- If this occurs after the half way point then a 50% reimbursement will be made. The decision regarding the safety of the tour rests with the tour leader.
10. If you are forced to withdraw from the tour due to an injury that requires medical treatment then reimbursement will apply. If the injury occurs before the halfway point (Kladow) then a full reimbursement will be made. If the injury occurs after the half way point then a 50% reimbursement will be made.
11. Cancellation. If you cancel your registration before the tour, the following reimbursement conditions will apply:
Cancellation more than 1 week before - 100% reimbursement.
Cancellation within the last week - 50% reimbursement.
Cancellation on the day of the tour - 20% reimbursement.
